• Do you ship outside of the United States? As of now, we are only shipping orders placed within the United States while we are in our launch phase and working out our process.
• Where is your clothing produced? We work with a local partner in Los Angeles, California to produce our clothing. Right now, all of our T-shirts are made in Los Angeles, California. Our other garments are currently being made in China through an ethical manufacturer that does not work during local holidays, is paid a fair working wage, and communicates regularly with the brands they work with.
• What materials do you use? For our t-shirts and knit sweater, we use 100% cotton. For our tank top set and cropped mock neck top, we use a blend of 83% Rayon, 17% Nylon to achieve a comfortable stretch.

• We offer free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $150.
• All orders are processed Mon-Fri and will be shipped within 3-7 business days, excluding major holidays and weekends. As a small team (of one), we thank you for your patience and understanding.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. House of Manners is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. We are not held liable after the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping-related issues. 
• If your package is returned back to us for an insufficient address, House of Manneres is not responsible for shipping fees for the item to be re-delivered to the corrected address. We make every attempt to check that the address is correct prior to shipping.

House of Manners will accept exchanges and returns on domestic (US) orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery with the following exceptions:

• Items with any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, or items with body and perfume odors, will not be accepted.
• Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
• If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued, and the item will only be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
• Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a return shipping fee and a restocking fee (per item) deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for store credit incur less fees.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
• Exchange orders will only ship out after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
• Exchanges are final sale.
• International customers may be required to pay duties to return goods.
